•  Use

WJH0759A emergency eyewash device is suitable for emergency rescue and rapid cleaning of harmful substances attached to the human body. It is the most economical and feasible eyewash device. It is widely used in petrochemical industry, chemical industry, semiconductor industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, etc.

l   Eyewash definition:

When a chemical liquid is sprayed on the body and face of a staff member or a fire occurs and the staff’s clothing catches on fire, an effective safety protection product that quickly minimizes the hazard is used.

• Main performance parameters

    The main performance parameters are selected with reference to the US ANSI Z358.1 – 2004 standard, to reduce the harmful substances on human skin, eye damage and skin irritation when taking into account the development of the accident.

3. Assemble the components as shown in the figure. The joints of the components need to be wrapped with sealing tape (such as PTFE tape), and the water pipes are connected according to the diameter of the water inlet and outlet respectively.
4. Afterconnecting the inlet and drain pipes, check whether the ball valve switch is flexibly in place and whether there is jamming.

• How to use

Push the push plate switch in a clockwise direction to open (opening angle 90 °), the nozzle will discharge water, and pull back the push plate in a counterclockwise direction to close, and the nozzle stops water discharge. The dust cover needs to be reset after use.

• Maintenance

1.
