For laboratories using strong acids, strong bases, and chemicals with burn and corrosive hazards, the floor where the laboratory is located should be equipped with corresponding eyewash stations and emergency shower rooms. The number of installations must be communicated with the relevant safety department. The location of eyewash stations and laboratory shower rooms must be coordinated with the local safety department or the internal safety department of the enterprise in accordance with the relevant operando procedures. The supporting standards for eyewash stations must be determined according to the planned chemicals in use.
