Install accessories and pay attention to all kinds of common system pipelines without any entanglement or entanglement.
If necessary, each unit will be tightly integrated at the same level, and the adjacent test bench drawers and door pieces are in the same center line.
Adjust the door drawer of each bench cabinet to open and close smoothly without any obstruction or loss of normal function.
On-site construction: When the seams of the experimental bench panel must be bonded at the construction site, its process should be the same as the bonding method in the factory, and the special adhesive specified by the manufacturer must be used, as well as the fixtures and construction methods specified by the manufacturer to make connections, and most of the cutting, rounding and waterscreen processing of the experimental table panel should be processed before the factory and shall not be processed on site.
Each adjacent table should be on the same level when installing, the edges should also be cut, and appropriate support devices must be provided to avoid collapse of the table panel due to insufficient support. When joining the table panel, the gap at the joint must not exceed 3.175mm (1/8″ and should be kept flat.
After the installation work is completed, the debris on the experimental table must be carefully removed, and the cleaning and maintenance work must be done with special maintenance oil.
Provide the correct position and size of the openings for the necessary sinks and utility system accessories.
Under-the-basin installation method
During installation, the length and width of the experimental table with the size of the sink are reduced by 30 mm, and the upper edge of the test table table opening needs to be mined by 4~6 mm

When the experimental table sink is installed, the steel suspension bracket (suspended bracket, the bracket shall not be placed directly on the bottom plate of the cabinet to support upwards, so as not to occupy the space under it) from the bottom up to support to the bottom of the table, the strength of the steel bracket should be able to support the weight of the full water level of the sink without sagging deformation, the upper edge of the sink is flush with the bottom of the table, and the seam with the table surface is filled with Dow Corning neutral anti-mildew silicone to achieve the effect of integration and leakage prevention.
All sinks should be equipped with anti-siphon bottle recyclers.
All experimental bench counter cabinets should be independent and complete units, the left and right double-door cabinets should be open design, intermediate support columns should not be set to avoid affecting the access of items, floor-standing benches should be equipped with steel adjustment feet, and the lower edge of the cabinet should be greater than 10mm from the ground height.
All steel test bench cabinets and frames must be treated with good and complete acid and alkali resistant EPOXY powder paint process, and the average thickness of the finished paint film is 75 μm and above.
The door pieces and drawers of each unit of the experimental bench cabinet should be easy to open and close without any obstacles.
