l   Installation and commissioning :

1. Theproduct model, certificate, instruction manual, and packing list must be re-checked before installation.
2. Theinstallation location should bewithin 15 meters of the accident-prone place , and the flushing place can be reached within 10 seconds at a running speed .
3. Install the wall base:drill the bottom hole of the M10 expansion bolt according to the position of the wall base screw hole, connect the water inlet to the water inlet pipe, and then fasten the wall base with the expansion bolt.
4. Connect the wall base and the lower half: Use Youren to connect and lock the wall base and the lower half (the interior is equipped with a female pad).
5. Install the upper part: Connect and lock the upper part and the lower part by any one (the inner pad is installed by any mother).
6. Installation conduit shower: The shower head is screwed in the head pipe elbow (the chargedG¾ “mat), and then the nozzle pipe G¾ ” the thread is wound with a raw material, and the upper half G¾ “the thread Connect, adjust the position, and lock with a lock nut; insert the shower rod into the hole of the shower ball valve connecting rod, and install the gasket and the split pin.
7. Install the eyewash basin part: Wrap the raw material tape around the thread of the nozzle of the eyewash basin, andconnect it to the G1 ¼ ” thread of the lower half and tighten it.                              
8. Install the eyewash dual nozzle part: put theG½ “filter mesh rubber pad into the lock nut , and connect it with the G½ “takeover and screw it tightly.
9. Connect the water inlet pipe and the drain pipe: check whether the switches are flexible, in place , and whether there is jamming.
10. The adjustment method of the flow control valve: the flow control valve is in the middle of the two pipes of the double nozzle, which has been debugged before leaving the factory. However, due to the difference in water supply pressure and flow, it can be re-adjusted on site during installation to adjust the flow to human eyes. Adjustment method: unscrew the top protective cap, use a flat-blade screwdriver to adjust the valve stem, rotate it clockwise, and the flow will decrease. Rotate counterclockwise to increase the flow rate.

l   Tips for use :

1. This product is used in anenvironment above 0 ℃, if it is used below 0 ℃, pipeline antifreeze maintenance is required;
2. Before installation, please rinse the water inlet pipe clean in advance;
3. It is recommended to install a water inlet control valve in the water inlet pipe. After use, close the water inlet control valve first, and then close the eyewash valve after the water in the main body is drained.

l How to   use

Before use, open the water inlet control valve

1 . When needed shower, shower handle to pull down the switch, rinse valve opening (opening angle of 90 [deg.]), Pushes up the switch handle shower, shower valve closed. (Above the ball valve ball link 45 [deg.] In the closed state, below 45 [deg.] ON state)

2 . When needed wash, clockwise direction pushing the push plates, wash the valve opening (opening angle of 90 [deg.]), I.e., the water wash nozzles; counterclockwise back the push plate wash valve is closed to stop the water.

l   Maintenance and maintenance :

1. Only allow emergency use when an accident occurs, and it is strictly forbidden to use it for bathing.Rules and regulations and inspections should be stipulated to prevent violations or use as regular bathing and hand-washing utensils, causing undue accidents
