In particular, the magnetism of the 304 stainless steel eyewash caused by the above reasons is not at the same level as the magnetism of other materials, such as 430 and carbon steel. That is to say, the magnetism of the 304 eyewash always shows Weakly magnetic.

   But this cannot be considered a counterfeit eyewash or a substandard eyewash. What is the reason? As mentioned above, the austenite eyewash is non-magnetic or weakly magnetic, while the martensite eyewash or ferrite eyewash is magnetic. Due to the segregation of the components of the eyewash or improper heat treatment during smelting, it will cause austenite 304 A small amount of martensite or ferrite in the stainless steel eyewash. In this way, there will be weak magnetism in the 304 eyewash.

In terms of the number of eyewashes, high-standard industrial eyewashes, especially high-demand eyewashes, are basically blank. The output of ordinary eyewashes is balanced with the overall demand for eyewashes in the market. The production capacity of eyewashes is excessive, and the standard for medium and low grades The supply of eye washers exceeds demand.

This tells us that if the eyewash is weakly magnetic or not at all magnetic, it should be judged as a 304 eyewash or 316 eyewash; if it is the same as the carbon steel eyewash, it shows strong magnetism, because it is judged to be not 304 material to wash the eyes Device.

In terms of eyewash varieties, domestic eyewashes are still mainly based on the 1Gr18Ni9Ti eyewashes eliminated abroad. The quality of domestic high-precision eyewashes is still difficult to guarantee; eyewashes for power station boilers and eyewashes for fertilizer installations are mainly imported; they have good durability Corrosive dual-phase eyewash is rarely produced in China.

  In terms of the specifications of the eyewash, large-diameter, high-demand eyewash and ultra-long eyewash, etc., have a large gap; the production capacity of small and medium-sized eyewashes for general purposes is greater than the market demand.
